There was polite staff and the service was attentive. We really enjoyed fruit and pastries the hotel served in the morning. We recommend to stay here - lovely facilities and views.
-
Everything we needed for an enjoyable 2 nights stay. Restaurant staff very appreciated. We loved the convenience of the executive double room, as well as a safe, an electronic key card and a flat-screen television etc. A good choice of fine food for meals.

pool and leisure facility
the beds were a little uncomfortable - bar food was ok. for price it was excellant

Staff very helpful. Very modern and well kept facility. Close proximity to golf course and easy transport to Dublin were great.
Only complaint was the housekeeping personnel knocking on your door at 8AM in the morning. They should have a better system to know if you have checked out or not. We found this very disturbing.

We only live 10 minutes from this hotel and it's a treat for us to get a night away (3 young kids) every now and then. We really like the comfort of the rooms. The king koil mattress are great for sleeping on, so we come home very relaxed after a lovely nights sleep.
Ice machine on both floors not working again....none in bar either!! We were so so disappointed that the restaurant couldn't fit us in for dinner. Went over to the golf club, they couldn't fit us in aswell. Ended up driving towards home to the Mulberry restuartant...not ideal!!

I was staying the night with my boyfriend as we had a locall function to attend - my brother had his wedding reception in the hotel so I knew that the facilities were fantastic and my boyfriend had been to the hotel for some Christmas parties with work. We both enjoyed the luxury of the room and will be back to try some of the carvery food. I also wanted to try but didnt get time to get to the SPA - I will be orgsanising another trip with the girls soon. Sinead
As we were at a local function which was running quite late - we decided to sleep in the next morning but were disturbed by a telephone alarm call we didnt arrange.

The service
The temperature in the room. It was to warm. Had to turn of the heater and still it was warm. There is a plus side that they did provide a electric fan in the bedroom.

The hotel was very bright and modern, i also liked the open plan design of the bar and reception area, over all good value for money.
The carpet on the coridoors is very grubby could do with a new carpet. the duvet cover on my bed was full of white fluf which destroyed my clothes, very bad smell coming out of the shower first thing in the morning seemed like a blockage somewhere and i noticed another guest complaining about this in her reviews.
